What operating systems can I use with Visual WebTools?
Visual WebTools supports Windows 95 or higher. Visual WebTools can also be run using Macintosh Internet Explorer 5.0, with the exception of the WebWizard Component, in which case you may use Macromedia Dreamweaver for Macintosh as your Web Development tool.

If I already have an existing Web site, can I still use Visual WebTools?
Most certainly! Visual WebTools has the outstanding feature of "importing" any existing page or site with the click of a button.

If I have a registered domain name, can I use this for my new Visual WebTools account?
Absolutely! With the Visual WebTools Account Manager, you have the ability to transfer any domain name off of any server to our servers for use with your Visual WebTools account.

If I purchase ClipOn Commerce for the purpose of selling my product, how secure is my customers personal information ?
Visual WebTools supports up to 128 bit encryption.

Can I have multiple e-mail addresses for the purposes of different sections of my company?
Yes, you can have an unlimited number of e-mail addresses that will forward to whomever you would like to receive the information.
